Level 1 Basic Skills Intro to Derby
No previous roller skating experience necessary. Our roller derby curriculum uses a meticulously designed program that will teach you the fundamentals of skating, basic flat track rules, as well as the skills and strategies needed to play the game.
But it's not just about the game yet.
What's it all about?
Level 1 Basic Skills Intro to Derby
Each week is broken down into two parts Basic Skills and Skill foundations. Skaters will not only learn how to step, stop and fall, build up their endurance and their games knowledge but also have a whole lot fun!
Each practice is designed to not only get you into spirit of the game, but promote the fun and camaraderie that keeps us playing it year after year.
PROGRAM DATE DETAILS
Friday and Sunday nights beginning January 31.
All practices will be located in Abbotsford with a few Mondays in Chilliwack. Full detailed calendar will be sent out upon registration or if requested
