Clown Workshop for Kids!

Have fun in a quick 2 hour workshop that will bring out the clown in you! No experience required, just the desire to be silly with your fellow humans. This will fast paced frivolity!
Must be at least 6 to participate. This is best for ages 6 - 12 or up to 15 if you're still young at heart.

Your instructor: Beth Byrd-Lonski has been a clown her entire life. She created Byrd Productions Physical Theater in 1995. She's the co-creator of The Flock of Clowns and Commedia Kansas City. She has studied with Marcel Marceau, The Margolis/Brown Movement Theater Co., Stephanie Roberts, Elizabeth Baron and many others.
She has created shows for The National Touring and Performing Artists, Young Audiences, Mid-Continent Public Libraries, Renaissance Festivals and The Nelson Atkins Museum of Art among others

Beth has been an Artist in Residence with the Charlotte Street Foundation and an Art in the Loop Artist.
She has produced shows and/or workshops for the KC Fringe Festival as well as emceeing the KC Youth Fringe.
