ArcheDream for Humankind presents 'Inside Out' at Christ Church
ArcheDream for HUMANKIND is an internationally touring black-light mask and dance theatre company that communicates universal ideas and emotions to promote understanding and compassion. Merging ancient ritual and magical storytelling with modern technology, ADHK unites, uplifts and enchants audiences through riveting performances and workshops.

South African native, Alan Bell, the vision and voice behind ADHK explains Archedream. - "The masks are the opposite of nature. They reveal the spirit inside human life. Everything that's real to a human being is invisible. And the true language of life is the movement of the body. There is enormous power in masks. They make the invisible realm tangible. Then communication begins. All you need to do is learn how to communicate."
In 2000, Alan and Glenn Weikert, a musician and multimedia artist now based in Los Angeles, CA, founded ArcheDream For HUMANKIND and established itself in Philadelphia.

ArcheDream's newest and most ambitious show yet, "Inside Out" has recently finished touring internationally through Asia and Europe and we want to share it with our home town of Philadelhphia.

Inside out is a visually enchanting story of a girl who goes to bed, angry with her father.

She awakes in her own dreamland where all her feelings come to life as colorful characters in a comedy nightmare which she cannot escape from.

The story of "Inside Out" teaches us that understanding and self-acceptance on the Inside can bring us closer to the ones we love on the Outside.

This show is good for ALL AGES.

Inside Out was originally conceived and directed by Jacqui Tichenor.
Script writing team:  Alan Bell, Elan Gepnar, Jessica Kroboth, Patty Hobfoil, and Michelle Yeager.

Black light illuminated masks, costumes and puppetry in this show are made by a number of artists and directed by Michelle Yeager.
The team under Michelle Yeager as our prop and costume designers and puppet makers include: Jameson Murphy, Samantha Sedoris, Jacqui Tichenor, Alan Bell, Chris Stokes, Tara McCann

Mask maker of ArcheDream is Alan Bell.

Amazing interactive Video mapping and projections are done by Peter Parker Brodhead.  These are a new medium in our shows and not to be missed!  More work by Peter Parker is found at www.parkerism.com

The music of Inside Out show sounds specifically planned for our first audience to be in Asia with elements of the Urhu and sounds of the Gamalan.  The music follows the narrative of our female character remeniscent of Peter and the Wolf.   The full score was composed and directed by Eric Oberthaler.  Make charitable contributions to our kickstarter to get the full soundtrack!  More from EO www.soundsliketree.com
