The Art of Casting Plaster: A Tour of Decorators Supply
Please join the Chicago ICAA for a tour of Decorator's Supply. Decorators Supply Corporation, established in 1883 is one of the countries oldest hand cast plaster production shops. See the shop in production that is responsible for the plaster ornamentation that is visible in many of the buildings and theaters in the Chicago area and much of the plaster ornamentation used in the 1893 Columbia World Exposition.
