Preservation Day in Arrow Rock
The National Historic Landmark Village of Arrow Rock is a shining example of preservation and Friends of Arrow Rock celebrates Preservation Month with a day of seminars on May 23, 10 am-5 pm at the Arrow Rock State Historic Site Visitor Center auditorium. Nationally renowned TV host and historic preservation expert Bob Yapp will present three informative sessions: Preservation Doesnt Cost It Pays, Energy Efficiency for Old Houses & Buildings, and Paint It Right. Participants are invited to tour recent Friends of Arrow Rock preservation projects following the seminars. The event is free but space is limited so registration is required.
