Ravenswood Chiropractic & Wellness Center is presenting a free workshop to help you Get Fit Chicago!

This workshop is dedicated to teaching you a simple, effective and time saving routine that will have you moving more freely and feeling better every day. Our certified therapist will teach you why stretching in the morning and before bed is important, demonstrate the stretches and how to do them safely!
