MCA 2020 Summer Camp Week #4 -Basic Knife Skills & Food Truck Challenge Teens 13 - 15
Join us as our Chef Instructors explore a week of fun cooking great food from the Great Food Truck Competition & Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on the Food Network.
Your Teen will learn Basic Knife Skills as taught by professional Chef/Instructors:
These skills will be applied to food preparation each day along with cooking cooking techniques.
Teens will team up with Chef's to go head to head to cook and bake up some famous food truck fare from Chefs around the country.
Drop off 9a Pick up 1p Monday thru Friday
*Lunch and snacks are included each day in the this culinary camp !
