A Berry Affair with Swanton Berry Farm

I was so moved by a recent article in Eating Well, "Organic Farming Success Story: Growing Organic Strawberries in California" featuring Jim Cochran and his Swanton Berry Farm, that I invited the organic farming pioneer to come do a class with us. Happily, he said yes! Join us for an evening with Jim and his wonderful berries and produce. Hear his story, learn about his farm and, most importantly, cook and enjoy the fruits (literally!) of his labor.

On the Menu:
Tomato, Pluot and Arugula Salad, Capricious Goat Cheese

Lamb Chops with sautéed Strawberries and Balsamic reduction
