AIASWW Annual Meeting
The event starts with a tour of the Eastside Community Center in Tacoma. This facility won a Merit Award in the AIA Washington Council Civic Design Awards program. Tours of the center will start at 6:30 and there will be a hosted bar and time to socialize.
The buffet dinner will begin around 7:15. The presentation will start around 7:45 with an update of what the Southwest Chapter has accomplished in 2019, what its goals are for 2020, a financial review, and a program of speakers, both architects and planners, for the Community Center.
The feature presentation will have guest speakers on "Livability and Affordability in the South Sound"
