Join Certified InterPlay© Facilitator Coke Tani for an afternoon of movement integrating body, mind, heart and spirit.
InterPlay© is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. It is based in a series of incremental forms and principles that lead participants to movement and stories, stillness and song, ease and amusement, and social transformation. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our communities.
Life has become so fragmented. In this workshop InterPlay© helps us to access our expressive birthrights, so we can reconnect with ourselves, each other, the world, and the sacred.
