Julio Lemos is a Brazilian guitar player, music researcher and teacher, doing part of his PhD at San Francisco State University. He presents his new show of samba-jazz based on his last recording, Brasil Acustico, of his original compositions for acoustic 7 string guitar. Lemos performs a mix of Brazilian genres such as: Samba, Bossa-Nova, Waltz, Classical Brazilian music, Choro and Frevo, with jazz improvisations. Accompanying him in this show will be: Jeff Busch on percussion and Brazilian vocalist Adriana Giordano on vocals.
