Shakespeare in Love
In Shakespeare in Love we experience a fictional tale of the great playwright, William Shakespeare, struggling through his writer's block to find his new muse. He soon finds inspiration in the form of a beautiful female aristocrat, Viola, but her daring determination to act in his play puts their already forbidden relationship on even more dangerous ground.
During this epic journey with Will in 1594, we discover the cost of keeping a theatre open, the hardships of finding good actors without women, balancing interrupted rehearsals from over-zealous actors, public indecency laws, and Shakespeare's passion for tragic love.
In this full force of comedic characters, sword-fighting, stage kissing, villains, and dancing lives a compelling story that warms the heart with laughter and charm.
