Theater Workshop Presents Cock-A-Doodle Duck
Theater Workshop presents, Cock-A-Doodle Duck

The Worlds most amazing hens gather for dancing and egg-laying their way to fame as
the stage is set for a worldwide contest. But the feathers fly in the royal chicken coop
when the Queen mistakenly chooses a duck to compete as her entry. Daisy is a duck
and she is about to compete among the worlds most amazing hens.
Theater Workshop presents, Cock-A-Doodle Duck, an original fairytale with music and
dance. The hilarity unfolds as the audience is in on the secret that the Queens hen is
actually a duck. What will the Queen do? Can the Queens duck be accepted for her
differences? With a message about the importance of honesty and a lesson of anti-
bullying this production will have meaning for all audiences. Student-actors from
surrounding towns are joined on the TWS stage by Hannah Cagney who plays Ms.
Scramble, the teacher at the Cluck-Academy. Hannah is a returning alumna of Theater
Workshop. A happy, silly, inter-active spring show to delight audiences of all ages!
Scheduled is an early-evening performance on Saturday March 21 st 5:00pm and a
matinee on Sunday March 22 nd 1:00pm. All the proceeds fund Workshop Arts Inc. a
non-profit enrichment foundation. This Workshop Arts program is supported in part by
Cultural Council grants from Newbury, Salisbury and Rowley.
