Regenerative Breathing Circle

Breathing Circles are a great opportunity to experience the power of Rebirthing Breathwork with the support of a group. They are suitable for experienced Breathworkers and those new to this work.

During the session, you will be guided and supported to use conscious connected breathing to access the innate intelligence of your body to release that which is ready to move on the physical, energetic, emotional and mental levels of your being.

The practice is simple and yet can be very profound. If you've not experienced this type of Breathwork before, come with an open mind and also please be in touch if you wish to find out more.

This Breathing Circle will be held at the Adona Center for Evolutionary Arts. Bristols pioneering center dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness through artful transformation
