Slow Flow Yoga and Sound
This class is for beginning students as well as experienced students who enjoy a gentler class. Using sequenced breath and movements to become familiar with the connection of your physical and energetic body. Slow flow is great to develop body awareness while learning basic postures and proper alignment.
Practice will end with an extended savasana where the vibration healing sound of quartz crystal bowls are played to resonate with the body. Sound healing aids the mind to become clear, the breath to deepen, and the body to easily relax into balance.
Please bring your own mat. We have bolsters, blocks and blankets. Limited mats available, if needed.
