Center Stage Theatre Elite Ensemble: Into the Woods Benefit Performance for The Kindness Campaign
Chock full of your favorite fairy tale characters, this brilliant, witty musical by Stephen Sondheim is not exactly your typical fairy tale. The Baker and his wife want a child but have been cursed by their neighbor, the Witch. They beg her to break the curse so she sends them on a quest where their fates are entwined with Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, Jack (of beanstalk fame), and many others.
This special performance's proceeds will benefit The Kindness Campaign, which creates societal change by teaching emotional awareness, empathy, community building, and most importantly, the development of a healthy self-image.
