This day long session explores how female NHS staff can empower themselves using creative expression. A CPD event aimed at female NHS staff and patients, everyone is welcome. Followed by creative workshops.
Explore your inner creativity and the benefits that art can bring to your wellbeing in this workshop for NHS staff and patients.If you are currently working for the NHS or are apatient who wants to explore your experiences throughart, join us for this workshop to create, play and relax.The day includes the opportunity to discover artworks by female identifying medics and patients atThe Pie Factory Exhibition. There will also be a panel discussion which will explore the Skeleton Under the Bed What are the narratives we are hiding from ourselves with:Dr Neesha Mohan, GP, Artist and WriterDr Jade Gibson PhD, Anthropology of Art, Artistand AuthorDr Stella Bolanki PhD, Head of Medical HumanitiesUniversity of KentNatali Ray MA, experience of Chronic Illness.
Tickets with CPD Certification - £25 (plus booking fee)
