'Empathy and Listening' with Sue Mann
The secret of good communication is active listening. But how exactly are you supposed to do that?

Empathy is praised as a must-have skill to foster productive client-facing work and interpersonal team work. But there is a lot of mystery around what exactly empathy is  and how to develop it. Yes, some of us are more naturally empathetic than others, but empathy itself is a set of listening and communications skills that anyone can learn. And those skills will lead to powerful shifts in conversations that can lead to transformative change.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn and practice the exact same listening and empathy skills that top-tier executive coaches use.

In this session you will learn:
1.The difference between sympathy and empathy and why it matters
2.The attributes of empathy and how to put them into practice right away
3.The three levels of listening and when and how to use each of them
4.How to show  not tell  people that youve really heard and understood them  leading to powerful shifts in conversations
5.How to ask those big, empowering questions that really unlock solutions and strategies for sustainable and transformative change
