'Daring Leaders have Courageous Conversations' with Sue Mann
Daring leaders are never silent about hard things. - Brene Brown
People often think that having courage means running into a building on fire or some other "heroic" act. And that youre either born with it - or youre not. But courage is a set of skills that are teachable and learnable. At this workshop, you will have the unique opportunity to learn and practice these skills in a low stakes environment. Instead of dreading - and maybe avoiding - these conversations, you know how to have them confidently and productively.
In this session you will: 1.Learn the four skills you need to have courageous conversations 2.Know where you currently stand with these skills (pre-work will go to workshop participants) 3.Practice and strengthen skills in at least one of your key areas during the workshop 4.Leave with a roadmap of how to continue to build your ability to have courageous conversations
