Valentine's Dinner at The Cider house
Come enjoy a Romantic Evening at The Cider House with Chef Jim Tinkham on Saturday, February 15th!
We will start off the evening with Herbed Goat Cheese with Homemade Bruschetta from KC Canning along with Roasted Root Vegetables with Homemade Toast Points and Aged Balsamic Vinegar.
Next will be a Classic Caesar Salad with a Cornbread Croutons and Homemade Dressing made room side. This will be followed by an amazing Lobster Bisque!
For your main course, an individual Beef Wellington with a Cabernet Reduction, Asparagus with a Blood Orange Butter Sauce, and Sweet & Gold Yukon Dauphinose Potatoes.
Chef Jim with demonstrate the dessert which is Banana Foster served over Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream by Poppy's Ice Cream.
Of course, the dinner would not be complete without our Homemade Artisan Bread and Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey made by Jeanne at The Cider House.
The music for the evening will be announced soon.
Wine by Aubrey Vineyards, Local Beer and a Special Valentine Sangria all by the glass.

5 Course Dinner by Candlelight, Homemade Artisan Bread and Local Goat Cheese and Honey Spread, Demos by the Chef, a Recipe Book to take home with recipes from this evenings dinner, and live music!
$69/person (tax and tip are not included)(alcohol sold separately)
Limited Seating. Reservations must be made by Thursday, Feb 13th. You can always check with us after this date in case we have open seats. We would be glad to add you late if we have room!

No, but ID will be required for purchase of any alcohol.

Will you have any options for vegetarians or vegans?
Sorry, this event is not a good choice for vegetarians, vegans, or gluten intolerant individuals. Since we are not a full service restaurant, this menu is set and we do not have the capacity to make appropriate substitutions to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.
Is there a dress code for this event?
No, but we do encourage you to dress accordingly if you are interested in taking a walking tour of our farm/garden. You may desire a jacket. We do have sidewalks and paths to the gardens, but will have to walk through some gravel.
