SINGIN' IN THE RAIN is many things: a stupendously entertaining musical, the ultimate Gene Kelly film, and one of the best movies about Hollywood ever made. But mostly it's just really great fun! Kelly plays a movie star at the dawn of the talkies who falls in love with a chorus girl (Reynolds). And well the rest is screen history.
