Books Inc. Presents Sunday Afternoon at The Chapel - Kermit Lynch in conversation with Rajat Parr
Kermit Lynch celebrates the 25th Anniversary Edition of Adventures on the Wine Route in conversation about his life in wine with Rajat Parr, Mina Group's Wine Director.
In 1972 Kermit Lynch opened a retail wine shop and later began importing and distributing nationally. In 2000 he was named Wine Professional of the Year by the James Beard Foundation, in 1998 the French government presented him with the Ordre de Mérite Agricole award, and in 2005 named him Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur. His book, Adventures on the Wine Route, won the Veuve Clicquot Wine Book of the Year award.
Raj Parr was named Wine Director for the Mina Group in 2003, where he has developed and manages the wine programs at each restaurant.
