Valentine's Day Date Night Class
It's that time of year and if you are looking for a fun night out to celebrate Valentine's Day, be sure to join in this dinner class.
We will start with one of my favorite salads. We will make a Warm Scallop Salad with Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing. I serve this when I'm entertaining and I know you will enjoy it as well.
A nice steak is always a great dish for Valentine's. We'll be making Beef Casanova - a filet with a sauce. The side will be Tuscan Green Beans. This dish includes a surprise "secret" ingredient that adds a lot of complexity to the dish.
Dessert will be Chocolatey Chocolate Cake with a Sour Cherry Cream Cheese Icing. Can't finish up a Valentine's dinner without chocolate!
