Mushroom Cooking Class w/ Flat 12
Join us for this fun and educational Mushroom Cooking Class on January 31! In addition to learning about Flat 12's mushroom growing process, we will be preparing chestnut, oyster, shiitake, and lion's mane mushrooms in a variety of different ways. Our menu will include:
- Oyster Mushoom "Tea"
- Ginger Soy Shiitake Pickles
- Lion's Mane Risotto
- Ricotta and Chestnut Mushroom Ravioli
This class is for adults 21+. Guests are welcome to BYOB!
