Jason Irwin

Jason Irwin has been a major contributor of the Upstate NY music scene for two decades.
He is a professional musician that can entertain any type crowd, from restaurants, bars and clubs to family-friendly events (public & private.) He is known for his entertaining solo acoustic shows in the greater Glens Falls/Lake George/Saratoga and surrounding areas. Jason can play popular cover songs for 6 hours straight without repeating a song. You'll hear classics from back in the day and the latest from today's top artists. Of course, Jason is available for original sets as well. Jason has great-sounding, well-maintained equipment if a PA is required. Jason plays 50-100 solo shows per year.

Jason is also well-known as the lead singer and guitarist of the band Phillips Head. He has over 10 years as a popular alternative rock radio DJ on 102.7FM WEQX, and is currently the on-air host of the Hits 95.9FM Local 95 weekly radio show. Jason is also the author of the music column, Rock around the Block, which appears bi-weekly in The Chronicle. He is also the house Sound Engineer and DJ at JP Brunos in Glens Falls. 2015-2018 dates and references are available. Jason is booking 2018 and beyond nowthanks!
