One night only Menu! Join Chef Joe for Valentines Day! 8 Courses!!!
Whiskey, Wine, or Roses will surround each course in one form or another.
Here are the courses:
1) Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly
2) Creamy Potato Soup w/ Center Cut Bacon and Chive Cream
3) Salmon Tartare
4) Mixed Green Salad w/ Pomegranate Seeds, Roasted Sweet Potato, Toasted Pecan and Warm Maple Bourbon Vinaigrette.
5) Wine and Chocolate Braised Beef Short Rib w/ Celeriac Puree and Shaved Brussels
6) Champagne Granita
7) Rose and Chocolate Bark
8) Cream Puff Sandwich
