One of the most courageous things we can do as human beings is to stop our internal conversations - the familiar, sometimes limiting conversations we have with ourselves. At first, this stopping can be quite disturbing, evoking a sense of groundlessness, but if we can resist the urge to fill the silence, we can make contact with a deeper conversation, a more accurate reflection of our true desires.
This weekend will look at seven crucial steps human beings need to take, in order to deepen the conversations of their lives with their significant relationships, with their work, and with that tricky, moveable self continually looking back at us in the mirror.
