South Hayward Parish Dinner and Auction
We did this last year, and it was so well received, we're making it an annual event. Join us for a delicious catered dinner and auction. We're requesting Hayward businesses to donate to the auction; its a great way to show your support for the community and expose your products to this audience.
All funds raised will support the work of SHP. Our four day per week Food Pantry; and the only warming over night shelter for the homeless in Hayward.
South Hayward Parishs Mission is to engage people of faith in the endeavor and partnership of building and maintaining a just and nurturing community. The Parish actively advocates for the rights and dignity of all people, regardless of sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, or geographic origin.
Our community ministry includes:
Emergency Food Programs that meet unmet local needs
Community Action Network (CAN) working to end homelessness in Hayward
Family Resource Collective providing access to healthcare, education, senior meals, information, and more
Public witness and education activities that promote social justice
