The classes will meet at Community Acupuncture Project of Burien's comfy facility. The plant walks will mainly take place at nearby Seahurst Park which has had extensive native restoration work done. The park is easily accessible by car and the main pathways are wide and paved, but there are some inclines, in case of mobility concerns. The Acupuncture studio is handicapped accessible.
Because this is a place of business, please, no dogs for these classes.
A list of materials will be sent to participants. For all classes, bring a notebook for notes, a pen, and water and/or snacks that you will need to be comfortable.
