Sunset Yoga on Arabia Mountain

As part of Monadnock Madness 2020, we are excited to offer a special guided hike to the top of Arabia Mountain for a Sunset Yoga Practice!

Nature plays an important role in our lives, and we often forget that it heals our hearts, calms our minds, grounds and refreshes us during stressful moments. For thousands of years Yoga has been practiced in Nature to honor the Sun, the Moon, the Earth, and the Life itself. Connection to nature leads us to more mindful, more harmonious and compassionate way of living.

Arabia Mountain is a perfect place to connect with millions of years history, nature, and ourselves as we practice breath and movement. Take time to relax and refresh your body, mind, and soul. You will leave grounded, more aware of your surroundings, and filled with a deeper connection to yourself and the world.

Join Sandra under the wide-open sky for all level yoga practice (no experience is necessary). Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, a headlamp or flashlight, and dress accordingly to the weather.
