Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is having the awareness of and the ability to choose how to respond to different and sometimes challenging contexts. Whether you are in a leadership position or in a place to influence others, understanding your EQ will make you a better leader at work and at home.

What is the benefit of increasing your EQ? The ability to understand self - and others - in difficult situations and to respond from a place of awareness. This positively impacts interpersonal and team interactions and can provide more satisfying and productive relationships.

In the session, you will:
