Market Gras: Gumbo Cook Off
In its sixth year, Market Gras is a family-friendly gumbo cook-off and a great way to finish the winter season! Ten local Indianapolis chefs will participate, each putting forth their own version of the traditional Cajun dish.
Each tickets includes a sample from all participating chef; every sample comes with a slice of French baguette. After sampling participants are able to vote for their favorite gumbo using Mardi Gras beads provided to participants upon entry with each guest getting just one vote!
