Pine Needle Baskets with Susan Lester
Join Susan Lester for a pine needle weaving project suitable for beginners or those who have woven with pine needles before. We live near an endless supply of weaving material. Take a walk anywhere near Tahoe and come home with your next projects materials. We will discuss preparation of the needles and weave a small tray. This project uses a ceramic base and waxed linen thread. Please bring a pair of small sharp scissors, everything else will be provided. (There will be a variety of ceramic centers to choose from, not necessarily like the one shown in the example.)
This class is appropriate for ages 15+
Please note our Cancellation Policy: Preregistration is required for all classes including payment in full. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before class, half refund 2-7 days before class. No refund within 48 hours of class. If there is a waiting list or you can find someone to fill your spot, we will offer a full refund.
