Montclair Culinary Academy - Sunday ~ Winter Bread & Cheese Making Class
The Winter months are great for baking breads and making Mozzarella & Ricotta! These traditions have been passed down from generation to generation.
Join our Chef/Instructors as we take traditional bread and cheese making to the next level.
We will make Baguettes, bread sticks and Mozzarella & Smoked Mozzarella and Ricotta
for you to take home and enjoy with your family!
**Teens are welcome to join a Parent for this class
***Lite appetizer will be served during class
