World Sound Healing Day

Join us as we sound forth with an "AH" projected with the energy of compas-sion and love which we will send out as a sonic valentine to Gaia, our Mother Earth, projecting it along the main ley lines which run through the Monastery:

1). Heal Our Planet!
2). Heal Our Waters!
3). Raise Our Consciousness!

Scientific data measuring the effects of World Sound Healing Day provided by the Global Consciousness Project, the Global Coherence Initiative and other organisations shows great promise with regard to the power of intentionalised sacred sound to help create positive shifts and changes on our planet.

John Hofton will lead us through some toning and mantra chanting (which will include the Invocation to Shamael, the Angel of Sound)

Sue Cooper will take us through a Heart Math meditation

John will then will lead us as we sending it out our intentionalised heart-centred Ah to the Gaia matrix, bringing healing to us all :

As the Ah sound is left resonating around the Nave they will create a carrier wave on their gongs which will project this heart centred resonance along the main ley lines which run through the Monastery.

Opening the Heart to Love
A guided meditation, healing our heart centre with the sacred solfeggio frequencies of the crystal singing bowls and our own sacred toning voice.
Allowing ourselves the freedom of our voice and enabling us to send an outpouring of our Love into the world. Our own precious gift of Love to humanity that will help us all to move further into the Light of 2020.

3:30 -4:00pm Final Session:
Ana Costa will lead us all in a Meditation Dance (live music provided by John (flute) and their daughter, Gabriela (violin), before we gather around the main ley line to sound our final Om to the Earth. John will again create a carrier wave on their and gongs which will project this resonance along the main ley lines which run through the Monastery.
