The Moon Princess
Join us on February 16th at 2:00pm at the Jim Rouse Theatre for an afternoon of dance.
Our program includes "The Moon Princess," a new one-act ballet choreographed by Misako Aoki. Based on a Japanese folktale, it tells the story of a young Princess from the Moon who is sent to live on Earth. Misako Ballet Company dancers will also perform "En Bach," by guest choreographer Darion Smith and a selection of classical variations. Guest artists KIMONOdeSisters will also perform.
Pre-show hot green teas, apple cider, and snacks available for purchase in the lobby until 1:30pm by Matcha Time Cafe. Theatre doors open at 1:40pm.
