Vinegar Tasting and Workshop with Keepwell Vinegar
KEEPWELL VINEGAR is a partnership of two former pastry chefs, Sarah Conezio and Isaiah Billington. The versatility of fermentation allows them to work with a wide variety of crops, utilize ugly seconds that would otherwise go unsold, buy in bulk during seasonal gluts, and support the best and most responsible farmers. They will talk about the process of vinegar production and share ideas for creative vinegar drinks/cocktails. Cocktails will be served along with lite appetizers prepared with their vinegar.
The Restaurant School is on the Southwest corner of 41st and Walnut Streets in Philadelphia. The entrance is on 41st Street.
