Kombucha Tasting and Workshop
Kombucha brewing class for beginners. In this class, you will learn the basics of fermentation and everything you need to know to safely brew kombucha in the comfort of your home. Babas kombucha will be served (with or without alcohol) along with a cheese pairing. You will be given a SCOBY to take home for future kombucha brewing.
Olga Sorzano brews her Old World recipe passed down from her great grandmother (Baba) in Siberia. She uses local, seasonal organic ingredients to flavor her kombucha.
The restaurant school is on the Southwest corner of 41st and Walnut streets in Philadelphia (entrance on 41st street).
