Regenerative Breathing Circle

An extra special leap year Breathing Circle with Live music from Eliza Kenyon of The Awakening Song.

This breathing circle is an opportunity to work with the power of Rebirthing Breathwork in a group, close to nature in the beautiful Nest at the Glade woodland site near Schumacher college.

During the session, you will be guided and supported to use conscious connected breathing to access the innate intelligence of your body to release that which is ready to move on the physical, energetic, emotional and mental levels of your being.

The practice is simple and yet can be very profound. If youve not experienced this type of Breathwork before, come with an open mind and also please be in touch if you wish to find out more.

The breathing circle will be supported by Eliza Kenyon to help the process and integration. She is a medicine singer, voice worker and Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator.

Advanced booking is essential and there are a limited number of tickets available in each price range.

Time: 10am to 1pm.

Please arrive by 9.45am to have time to land and settle. We will start promptly at 10am.

Location: In the beautiful nest at the Glade in North Woods, Dartington.
