NYCHAPS Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner
Enjoy a New Years Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner beginning at 5:30 pm at the Maple Shade Barn with NYCHAPS. Included on the menu are hog maw and roasted pork butchered at the tavern, corn, applesauce, mashed potatoes, as well as fresh sauerkraut sliced and packed on Agriculture Day. Tickets are $10 prepaid (available here) or $15 all you can eat at the door and will be available at the door until the pork runs out! No takeouts.

NYCHAPS reserves the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If NYCHAPS cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. In the case of last minute event cancellations, all efforts will be made to inform ticket holders of the cancellation or rescheduling of the event. Before every event, please check www.northernyorkhistorical.org for updates. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, NYCHAPS should be contacted no later than 48 hours before the start of the event for refund consideration.
