Join fellow neighbor Wei Geiger for a hands-on workshop making jiaozi, traditional Chinese dumplings. During the Lunar New Year families get together to prepare dumplings together. Wei will demonstrate how to properly form dumplings using pre-made filling. Enjoy a glass of wine while making your dumplings, then we will cook and eat them together, while toasting to joy, happiness and prosperity for the New Year. Adults only.
