GROUNDED by George Brant
Outpost Repertory Theatre will be kicking off our season with GROUNDED, a powerful drama by award-winning playwright George Brant.
Tough, funny, and charismatic, the Pilot is at the top of her game, flying for the US Air Force. When the unexpected happens, she is reassigned to remotely pilot fighter drones that bomb tactical targets in the Middle East. As she learns this new job, can she come to terms with the increasingly dehumanized and impersonal costs of modern warfare?
GROUNDED will be directed by Outpost Rep guest artist Patrick Pearson and starring company member Rachel Hirshorn.
