Combined Licensed Scrum Master and Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner
This offering combines our 2-day Licensed Scrum Master with our 2-day Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner courses to give you a program which includes real examples and techniques to reduce waste and continuously improve across all industries. The curriculum teaches how we actually deliver twice the work in half the time in organizations around the globe. The classes include Lean principles, patterns from the Scrum Pattern Language movement, and lessons from real-world implementations of Scrum@Scale.
We teach these techniques because they work, not just in theory but in practice. They have been proven across thousands of implementations.
This four-day course is dynamic and highly interactive. With the help of your instructors, you and your team will learn how to create a product backlog, prioritize it, and manage a burndown chart. Youll leave the class knowing how Scrum really works.
At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to take both tests to qualify you for each credential.
Class Time:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Dress Code:
The dress code for the class is casual. Come comfortable and ready to engage in learning.
Food:
A Continental Breakfast, a Full Luncheon Buffet served in the Dining Room, an Afternoon Snack, coffee and refreshments throughout the day.
Instructor:
Dan LeFebvre is a Certified Enterprise Coach(CEC) and Scrum@Scale Trainer with over thirty years in software product development as a developer, manager, director, and coach. He has been applying agile practices to successfully deliver products since 2003 and teaching, consulting, and coaching since 2006.

If you registered for a class, cannot attend, and cannot transfer the ticket to another person, you can 1) request a refund for the full price of the class OR 2) you can ask to be moved to a future class date at no extra cost. Simply reach out to us at Info@FreeStandingAgility.com and let us know about your situation. Refunds will be processed when requested, but may take 7-10 days to show on your credit card statement depending on your card provider's policy.
