Did you know there are over 318,000 health apps worldwide? Or that your cell phone has access to just as much health information as a medical school library did just a few years ago?
Its astonishing to witness the pace in which technology has become an integral part of medicine. And yet, even with all this new information we receive, it becomes difficult to know what data is actually useful, helpful or trustworthy.
So put down your tablets, smart phones and digital trackers, and join us to decide for yourself does technology really make me happier and healthier?
