A hilarious poignant comedy about the infamous opera singer and socialite Florence Foster Jenkins and her flamboyant loyal pianist Cosme McMoon. Join us for an intimate portrayal of these two as they trail blaze their way all the way to Carnegie Hall. Perhaps the worst singer ever, Mrs Foster has convinced herself that her instrument is of a divine sort. Her pianist, a young ambitious musician agrees to be her accompanist in desperation to make a buck. But slowly, a strong love emerges between the two and he finds himself protecting Florence from the truth. People are not overcome with emotion and tears when she sings. The tears are in fact, tears of laughter.
