All About Oysters
Join Heart of Willamette Cooking School and Party Bar Eugene for a two hour oyster class. Learn to shuck them, make mignonette, bake them with herb butter and pair them with sparkling wines. This is the perfect early Valentines Day present for your oyster loving lovers! Each student will eat and shuck at least a dozen oysters and go home with their own shucker.
