This program addresses the current trends design and construction industry professionals face in today's rapidly paced automated / innovative environment. From traditional design/bid/build to the radical changes in the industry (including Design/Build, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)) along with innovative practices required to achieve sustainable / environmentally responsible design, participants will identify and formulate procedures/ practices for continued process and risk management improvement.
