Thursday Chefs Dinner
Appetizer- Mini egg rolls with spicy cucumbers.
Salad- Napa cabbage salad topped with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and our champagne vinaigrette.
Entrée- Teriyaki glazed salmon served on a bed of jasmine rice and served with spicy green beans, garnished with creamy sriracha sauce.
Dessert- Sherry wine cake with spiced whip cream.
