Dance Boot Camp @ Crunch Fitness Reno
No dance experience required, we got you. Build stamina, increase flexibility, improve strength learn dance choreography, and dance your heart out. Join us for this athletic and energetic dance class loaded with tons of fun, easy to execute dance moves set to some of your favorite jams. We'll have you dancing in no time.
Ages 14+ on the dance floor.
Saturday March 7th from 2-4pm
