URBAN FORAGING in CENTRAL PARK
Join ethnobotanist, Nat Bletter, PhD, when he leads a special, fall foraging expedition in the wilds of Manhattan's Central Park. Come along and taste red-fleshed apples, rosehips, sassafras, mustard greens, lambs quarter, epazote, mugwort, burdock, cornelian cherries, and more. Bring bags (re-usable, preferably), water (tap, in a reusable bottle, preferably), and a fork (to taste your Park Salad). It doesn't get any more local than this!
